This module is set to not visible so it does not display on the form.

The contact record’s User defined fields 1, 2, 3,4 hold the favorite labs. I did try to use agenda sessions , but the only option for selection was a check box which means there was no control over how many labs a person could sign up for. I could not figure out a way to use page validation logic to limit an attendee to between one and four; so I stuffed them into user defined field with drop down values.

The page validation logic requires at least one box be filled. Another pro to using the Contact's UserDefinedFields 1,2,3,4 is that they can be added to the confirmation emails.

The reason for the marketing tag to prevent the lab selection page from displaying if an attendee is not going to attend any labs. This then allows for easy filtering for report purposes.
