Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in sponsoring this event. You may use this portal to access all elements of your sponsorship. 

Specifically you may:

  • Establish your sponsorship for the Space Resources Roundtable
  • Pay any fees associated with your sponsorship
  • Upload the materials that pertain to your sponsorship level
  • Register any complimentary attendees permitted by your sponsorship level

If this is you first time here you will need to "Create a new user account".
You don't need to complete the entire process at one time. Once you have created your account and submitted the information, you can come back to the portal to make changes.

NOTE: Remember these credentials as you will need them in the future. 

First Visit:  After a successful sign in and if this is the first time you have visited the portal, you will land on the first page of the site. From there you can proceed through the site to establish your sponsorship.

After First Visit: After completing the form and submitting it, subsequent visits through this portal will place you on the "Summary / Final Review" page. From there you can navigate to various parts of the site to make changes.

Welcome to the Online Sponsorship Registration Form.

Please use this form to establish a sponsorship and to register complimentary attendees from your company that are part of the sponsorship package. Please be sure to read the information below concerning the process for registering your complimentary attendees.

Payment Options:

Payment for registrations made using this registration form will be accepted by credit/debit card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or JCB), wire transfer or check.

Registration Process

Step 1   Choose Sponsorship Level

Step 2   Identify the Sponsor Contact

The Sponsor Contact is responsible for paying for this sponsorship, will receive invoices/receipts, copies of sponsorship confirmation emails, and more. In the spaces below on row 1 (Sponsor Contact), enter the first and last names of the Sponsor Contact.

Step 3   Identify the Complimentary Attendees

If your sponsorship includes complimentary registration(s), you must identify the number who will actually attend by selecting the appropriate number in the box labeled "Registration Count" below. Enter the names of the attendees in the boxes that will appear. If the Sponsor Contact is ALSO attending the event, the Sponsor Contact's name MUST also be entered as one of the complimentary attendees. If the names of other attendees are not known at this time you can use the name:

First Name: Place     Last Name: Holder.

 

IMPORTANT

Please ensure that you have selected the correct sponsorship level and have identified the correct number of complimentary attendees before leaving this page. You will not be able to modify your selection/entries after progressing to the next page. Changing the sponsorship level at a later time requires contacting learn@mines.edu

Step 4   Registration Count

The number you select includes the Sponsor Contact (row1) plus the any complimentary attendees that will be attending. If the Sponsor Contact is ALSO attending the event, the Sponsor Contact's name MUST also be entered as one of the complimentary attendees. NOTE: A count of 1 means you are only paying for the sponsorship and no one will be attending.

The MARS sponsorship includes

    • Full page, 8.5” x 11”, ad for listing in conference program which is due May 13, 2025.
    • Company logo for use with conference sponsor signage.

The full-page ad listing needs to be uploaded in a PDF format. The logo should be a high-resolution image format (JPG, PNG, BMP) or a PDF.  However, it cannot exceed 5MB is size. If you have those materials now, they can be uploaded below.  If you do not have them, they will need to be uploaded by May 13, 2025 and we will send you a link to do that.

The NEO sponsorship includes

    • 1/2 page, 8.5” x 5.5”, ad for listing in conference program which is due May 13, 2025.
    • Company logo for use with conference sponsor signage.

The ad listing needs to be uploaded in a PDF format. The logo should be a high-resolution image format (JPG, PNG, BMP) or a PDF.  However, it cannot exceed 5MB is size. Payment

Payment for your registration can be made online using a credit or debit card. Payment can also be made by wire transfer of funds sufficient to cover the cost of your registration. Please be aware that your registration is not effective until full payment of all registration fees has been received.  

Registrations by wire transfer are not effective until we have received proof of wire transfer which you get from your bank. Email to: Learn@mines.edu
