Registrations types can be changed, and any price difference will be refunded or charged to the attendee. Registration can be canceled with a $25 fee until August 25 and a $75 fee until September 8, after which there will be no refunds.  If there are any questions you can contact wais@mines.edu 

 

ECR registration is for students, postdocs or those no more than 5 years from PhD.  If you are an outreach specialist or science communicator, you may register as an ECR for a reduced cost. 

 

If on-site housing is sold out you can email wais@mines.edu to be added to the waitlist.  If you prefer staying at a hotel rather than Cloquet Forestry Center, we have room blocks at two hotels:  AmericInn and Super 8.  Information on the hotel blocks is on the next page and our website.

We have lodging reserved at the Cloquet Forestry Center where the 2023 event will be hosted.

 

There are clusters of cabins with double and triple occupancy.  These are dorm-style rooms with kitchen access and private baths.  Linens are included.

For those of you who do not plan to stay at the Cloquet Foresty Center, we have reserved rooms at the AmericInn and Super 8.  Rooms must be reserved by August 27, 2023 and guaranteed with a credit card.
