This website is used to manage documents you must submit in order to make a presentation at the ICE 2021 Conference.

An abstract of each oral or poster presentation must be submitted for review and acceptance.  Upon review, abstracts may be accepted as submitted and there will be no further requirements on the author's part; or an abstract may be determined to require modification before final publication which will require a revised submission. All abstracts (or revised abstracts) — must be submitted through this website.

Materials used during the actual delivery of a presentation, such as PowerPoint slides or posters, will not be submitted for review or approval.

Abstracts shall be submitted as uploads per the provided template as .doc or .docx. An abstract shall not exceed one full page of standard 8.5 x 11 inch size — including title — in length. Please follow the template instructions for structure or appearance of the abstract. The template can be found on the ICE website at Learn.mines.edu/ICE2021/abstracts. Abstracts must be submitted no later than April 29, 2022. Authors can state a preference of presentation and theme; however, the Conference organizers will have the final decision.
